What’s The Deal With Protein Pancakes And Fitness Models

If you have gotten interested in fitness, and have checked out form check videos, or any of the Instagram pages of some of the most popular fitness models, you will see that a lot of them are really enthusiastic about protein pancakes. Some of them cook them from scratch, while others use the premade mixes. You might wonder why protein pancakes are so popular, especially since regular pancakes are not traditionally something a girl or guy looking to cut fat and build muscle would be into. You would expect a breakfast of eggs and oatmeal, but pancakes?

Ana Cheri has a really cool recipe for protein pancakes. She makes them from scratch. She doesn’t use cottage cheese, instead she uses oats and protein powder. It’s a really cool recipe. She even has an apple topping. And if you’ve seen Cheri’s body, you know the woman knows exactly what to eat and how to exercise.

If you’re going to make protein pancakes from scratch, you should get a small bullet blender. If you watch the video above that Ana Cheri posted, you will see that she uses a small blender. This is used to blend up the oats. You should get good quality oats, not some cheap pre-procesed oats. The oats, instead of white flour which is typically used, is much better when it comes to glycemic load as well as having more protein.
